You Won't Believe What's in the Call of Duty Black Ops 7 Season 4 Battle Pass - Full Rewards Breakdown

If you've been following Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, you won't have missed this news: Season 4 is coming soon! As is customary, a new season brings a new Battle Pass, along with new story content and rewards.

Based on current information, this Battle Pass's storyline will revolve around Prophet, a classic character from Black Ops 3 and 4, and the rewards will also be designed around him.

Let me tell you more about the latest Battle Pass information. You Won't Believe What's in the Call of Duty Black Ops 7 Season 4 Battle Pass - Full Rewards Breakdown

Prophet and New Storyline

Why introduce Prophet and the storyline before discussing Battle Pass?

Because in CoD Black Ops 7, Battle Pass theme has always been closely tied to the game's storyline. Each season's Battle Pass continues and expands the story, so the characters and storyline are themselves important elements of Battle Pass.

This is the major theme of Season 4 Battle Pass. In previous seasons of CoD: BO7, original characters have consistently made appearances. Season 1 featured Alden Dawn, leader of Guild; Season 2 featured Victoria Atwood; and Season 3 featured Javelin.

However, in Season 4, the aforementioned character, Prophet, made a surprising reappearance. In the post-credits scene of Season 3, the publisher released a teaser that read, "Joe has an informant inside, but it may be too late as Guild's first Sealink-enhanced soldier is about to be deployed." And immediately after that, Prophet appeared.

If you haven't played the previous games, here's a brief introduction to Prophet: His real name is David Wilkes, codename Prophet. He was originally a British engineering corps sniper. Because of a hereditary disease, he volunteered for extensive cybernetic augmentation. His body is now 70% mechanical.

In Season 4 trailer, he has just completed Sealink enhancement program in the lab and says, "Show me the target."

Perhaps the opening cinematic of Season 4 will show his first mission, with the objective being an attack on Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).

New Weapons and Gear

Since Battle Pass has always revolved around the story, we can speculate on the new weapons that might be obtainable in Season 4 based on the trailer.

Tempest

This is Prophet's most iconic weapon. In the lore, it's a chargeable semi-automatic rifle that doesn't fire ordinary bullets but instead fires electrically charged shock rounds, making it incredibly powerful. Its effects are as follows:

  • 1. Enemies hit by it will instantly lose their mobility and be paralyzed.
  • 2. current will chain and conduct between enemies at close range, creating an area-of-effect control effect, capable of controlling multiple enemies at once.

In Black Ops 3, enemies hit by Tempest can only crawl slowly on the ground, completely helpless. If used properly, it can even instantly kill a group of enemies. If this weapon were added to Black Ops 7, players would definitely go crazy for it.

Seeker Shock Mine

This is Prophet's exclusive tactical equipment in CoD Black Ops 7. It is a deployable rolling tactical mine. Its mechanism is unique: once you throw it, it will automatically track enemies; and once it hits an enemy, it will instantly paralyze and stun them, turning them into helpless "wooden dummies."

Furthermore, once caught by it, you can only rely on your teammates to rescue you; the person caught cannot break free from this paralyzed state on their own.

Glitch

Glitch isn't an equipment item, but a powerful ability from Prophet in Black Ops 3. It's included here because it's unique enough to potentially be added to a weapon as a reward in Season 4 Battle Pass.

Its effect is simple: it instantly teleports you back to your previous location. This is a very useful ability for escaping and dodging certain fatal attacks.

However, compared to the special effects of the previous two equipment items, it's too powerful, so the likelihood of it being directly added to Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is relatively low.

Regardless, any weapon will be quite novel for players who have only played Black Ops 7, so it's best to familiarize yourself with and practice the new weapon's mechanics in CoD Black Ops 7 Bot Lobbies after obtaining it; otherwise, even the most powerful weapon won't be able to reach its full potential.

New Skins and Other Rewards

Of course, Battle Pass rewards aren't limited to weapons; there are also skins and other items.

Since Season 4 Battle Pass storyline revolves around Prophet, it's highly likely that a Prophet appearance will be a Battle Pass skin reward.

Given that the game's Battle Pass has over 100 tiers of rewards, with higher tiers offering rarer rewards, a skin for such a significant character is unlikely to be a low-tier reward. You might even need to reach level 90 to obtain it.

Perhaps you'll get a fully equipped Prophet appearance - his futuristic armor set. This skin looks incredibly powerful and cool, befitting a high-tier reward.

In addition, based on past season patterns, the new Battle Pass rewards may also include skins for existing characters, new blueprints, and regular rewards such as charms and stickers.

These are predictions regarding the content of Call of Duty Black Ops 7 Season 4 Battle Pass. While information is still limited, as the release date of Season 4 approaches, we'll soon know the specifics of Battle Pass.
